The brief
A 1905 Victorian in Irvington with peeling siding and trim that had not been painted in 14 years. The owners wanted it restored, not just covered, and a color that suited the street.
What we did
We scraped and sanded back to sound paint, replaced three sections of rotten trim, primed every bare patch and applied two coats in a cream body with deep green trim. Scaffolding went up on day one and came down on day nine.
