Estimates and quotes
The online estimate is an indicative range. It is not an offer. Our fixed quote, sent in writing after a visit, is valid for 30 days.
Payment
We ask for a 20% deposit to book your dates. The balance is due within 7 days of completion, once you have signed off the work.
Changes to the work
If you ask for extra work, or we find hidden problems such as damp, we agree the cost with you in writing before continuing.
Warranty
We warrant our workmanship for 2 years from completion. The warranty doesn’t cover damage, wear or problems caused by moisture or structural movement.
Cancellations
You can cancel within 3 business days of signing a quote for a full refund of your deposit, unless work has already started at your request.
